It was a pleasure to be a tenant with Brooke Steel Estates. It’s been more than a year since we started our tenancy with them and it has been such a wonderful experience throughout the year. I appreciate the service where all the maintenance issues raised has been resolved at the earliest as possible. We also have been notified prior to any visits or inspections which was very genuine. I would like to personally thank Nick as he was very supportive right from the beginning. I’m really glad to meet such a wonderful person. When we were nearly being homeless as the last house didn’t workout, we requested for a month’s extended stay for which Nick and team support us greatly. It was something that other agencies wouldn’t entertain. We are really thankful for the enormous support as it was a mental relief for allowing us to stay until we found a suitable house to move. We are also thankful to the landlord for offering his support all the time. Honestly, we planned to move only because we are expecting a baby if not we would have continued with Brooke Steel Estates. We bought a house sold by Brooke Steel Estates and are really grateful for all the support we got from Bella and the team. We had many difficulties during our sale, with buyers pulling our and solicitors not responding in a timely fashion. Fortunately, Brooke Steel really went above and beyond to keep the chain moving, communicating between us and the sellers clearly all the way and being proactive in getting the transaction sorted. If it wasn't for them, we might still be chasing up solicitors a year later. Hopefully we won't need to sell again for a long time, but if we did I would happily chose Brooke Steel Estates. Brooke Steel took over my portfolio a few years from other letting agents and it was a good decision. I had a number of properties for letting and sale which Nick and his team managed very professionally. It was always possible to have a chat and discuss any ideas/problems. They dealt with the finding of tenants always keeping me informed and maintenance matters in a helpful way.
