Walking in to this, I was going through many emotions, unsure of expectations etc. From the start, Alex was welcome and informative, I had confidence in the process. Am I happy with the results? It takes a lot for me to emotionally elevated but what I can say, is, I no longer feel conscious about being bald and have been given a level of confidence I’ve not had in many years. Worth its weight in gold and Alex has been nothing but a total professional. Thank you and I’ve enjoyed getting to know you over the sessions.

I was fortunate to be able to attend the SMP course at Alex James SMP Academy and the experience from start to finish was incredible. Alex and Dawn are amazing teachers and made everyone feel very welcome and relaxed. The program itself was very easy to understand and by day 2 we were able to start working on the real models. It was also amazing to see how comfortable every client felt on their arrival and during their procedure. Wow what can I say I did my research on Alex for a few years and watched his work very closely. I was very nervous at getting my head done but I’m so glad I took the plunge and went ahead I’m so glad I did Alex made me feel so comfortable and reassured me everything will be ok I’m so pleased with Alex’s work he done a great job I feel more confident in myself and he’s made me look years younger. Being female and having years of hair loss it was a massive decision for me to go for SMP . However after first meeting Alex I felt. Confident to go ahead . And am so glad I did . Even thou I will keep wearing a hair system it’s given me so much more confidence . And am sure it won’t be long till I introduce the world to the new me .
