My husband and I had no idea this place had opened but as soon as we found it we HAD to go. We didn't stop to play games that day as we did have places to be but we did have a little look and the games library is extensive. Lots of stuff for any type of game lover. Food offered are perfect gaming snacks. We both had toasties and they were delicious! Husband had the loaded popcorn and was super happy with it. I had the cookie plate, WHICH COMES WITH 3 COOKIES! So so good. Couldn't eat them all at once but took the last cookie with me. Staff are very friendly and happy to chat. Their themed cocktails are written on menus on the wall. I had a health potion which was delicious and sweet. I just love that they come in little potion bottles. It felt so immersive and fun. I think this cafe is an amazingly fun addition to Basingstoke. I would fully recommend to anyone.

This place is amazing!! The food is super nice and the guys running it are lovely. The choice of games is huge. It was so lovely to play LOTR chess whilst waiting for a tasty panini and enjoying a butterbeer in the nicest of atmospheres. We'll definitely be coming back to try out some more board games soon!!

Fabulous little discovery while wandering through the town on a Saturday night. It was the sign for local beers, ciders, and meads that dragged us in but this is great for those who want a coffee, pizza, a read, and, of course, a game of something, of which there is almost no end of choice. Great atmosphere, friendly people running the bar/food area, and a genuinely nice-feeling spot that just also happens to do some cracking drinks.

I love this place so much. The variety of board games they have on offer is amazing, and the food never disappoints. Their Dungeons and Dragons evenings on Wednesdays are a lot of fun as well. Super welcoming regardless of your experience or level.

Fantastic place for DND teens. What was merely planned as a morning of dnd for my son and his two friends, whilst I worked on my laptop ended in a full day! The boys were thoroughly impressed with the large selection of dnd packs and accessories, they decided to stay for lunch and then all day. Great service, good food, a massive table to use, staff friendly and helpful (dnd is like another language 😆), 3 very happy teenagers who spent the day away from screens!

Great place ran by friendly people. Nice safe space to chill and play games. There's room for improvement as they continue to establish themselves but overall it is a invaluable venue for the community it serves

Really enjoyed a day at the café. No time limit on how long you can occupy your table. Delicious pizza and reasonable priced drinks, my only moan would be the nachos, my mozzarella and jalapeno nachos had no jalapenos and barely any mozzarella and the cheese nachos had cheese slices on. The staff were bickering with one another in presence of customers, but this would not put me off from revisiting. Brilliant day out!

Great coffee. Best flat white I had in a long time. The vibe of the place is great. The dice tower is a great space for the community. Much better than starbucks or Costa
