    I have been a long time customer of UP, and can honestly say that no other ‘gym’ or ‘PT’ squares up to the kind of training delivered by Up. I have been training with Gianna at Canary Wharf and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience and progress. Gianna has been an absolute gem, day 1 she quickly assessed my strong and weak points and also the kind of training and food I enjoy. Knowing that I have a weakness for carbs, she ensured they fitted into my macros and so I never felt deprived and enjoyed the process. I have really appreciated this. My progress has been stable and measured and not a ‘crash diet crazy drop in weight ‘ - with Gianna I have celebrated every change in weight and measurement - however big or small! This has been very helpful to my mindset and also implementing good habits. Gianna has changed my approach to viewing my up and down in weight , and accepting how as a woman these fluctuations are part and parcel of the cycle. Thank you G, for my making my journey such a success!

    If you are serious about improving your fitness levels and losing weight, Ultimate Performance Canary Wharf is the place to go. The offer of professional training from excellent, experienced personal trainers is hard to beat. Personally, I have lost weight, increased strength and fitness and lowered my blood pressure as part of a well-thought-out and structured plan. Everyone else I see in the gym has achieved the same. The pics on the UP website don’t lie.

    If you really want body transformation and a healthy lifestyle, I highly recommend signing up for Canary Wharf Ultimate Performance workout programs. A team of professionals who are very welcoming and well-intentioned to help you achieve your success in this endeavor. The premises and training room are spotlessly clean. After 21 weeks of hard training and a meal plan, I lost almost 18% body fat, thanks to my trainer Michael Turnbull. Without his guidance, support and training I don't think I could have done it on my own. Thank you Michael!

    UP is the very best place to start and thrive on weight training and your goals! The UP experience has been revealing for me! During the past months I have not only understood but also experienced how weight training can enhance endurance performance… And facts are facts: running at higher intensity, improving interval pace, better uphill performance, better running economy, and a long etc.! My trainer, Gianna, has listened to my goals for the very first moment and targeted the gym exercises and food recommendations to suit myself and my lifestyle. And the best part is that Gianna has made me enjoy gym sessions and weight training a lot! Gym can also be loads of fun!! All in all, I cannot recommend more the UP experience; and in particular, Canary Wharf location, its friendly trainers and particularly the one and only Gianna! Keep it up UP team!

    Great facilities and the staff are very committed and knowledgeable. My PT is very dedicated and was able to help me lose weight, reduce body fat and get fitter in spite of my back issues and busy schedule. Found my trainer particularly helpful in motivating and creating accountability which is half the battle. The UP app which lets the trainer track your progress and nutrition seamlessly and provide feedback is quite unique too.

    Thoroughly enjoyed training at the Canary Wharf gym. It is unlike any other gym that I had been to. My PT Hannah was excellent! Not only did she guide me through the training process and challenged me to push my limits but also around nutrition, sharing some clever food substitution tips. Highly recommend!

    I started my journey with Ultimate Performance Canary Wharf at the end of September 2023. It’s been an amazing experience. My personal trainer Michele Rosso deserves a special mention. I’ve been made to feel welcome by the friendly staff and the support I’ve received from them has been amazing. I didn’t feel intimidated from the onset. My results have been phenomenal. The change has been pretty quick to materialise. My PT always discusses my progress with me and always checks in with me via the app. I highly recommend UP if you want to change your health, lifestyle, confidence and image.

    Fantastic gym - knowledgeable, well equipped and very efficient. In particular, Michele is a great personal trainer and I couldn’t recommend him more. He’s flexible & supportive whilst also managing to push you to achieve your goals! Highly recommended.

    Really enjoying my 3 month stint at UP Canary Wharf. My trainer, and two others who covered some of his holiday, are all excellent. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The red and black macho design aesthetic is a bit offputting but the atmosphere in the gym is focussed, encouraging and welcoming. I am really enjoying learning about technique and have become much confident on how hard I can push myself after a back injury 6 years ago. Highly recommend.

    Cannot recommend this gym enough. Thank you to the gym for providing clean professional facilities and amazing trainers. Since I started 4 months ago with Michele Rosso I have been able to transform my life to be more confident and healthier everyday, whilst seeing a significant impact in my weight loss journey. My trainer ensures I meet my targets through constant consistent support, new fun challenges and detailed attention to my journey. I really appreciate what the gym has done for me to date and I look forward to continuing

    I’ve been training at UP Canary Wharf with Colin for over two months now. My program hasn't finished yet, but it has been a great experience so far. Colin has been very helpful and supportive. When I find it challenging, he always encourages me to keep going and makes sure I stay on track. I'm happy with my experience so far, I cannot say enough positive things about the place and all of the trainers there.
