The sales girl Alexa has very polite and respectful, she had helped us to buy two watches one for me one for my wife, she had been very patience until we decided and selected good watches, we had very nice shopping experience in Fossil at East Midlands.

Thomas is very helpful every time we visit. He always assist us with excellence and give the best customer service. I also like the way he engraved my name and my father’s name who just recently passed away. Look for him whenever you visit the shop!

I called in Fossil today to have a watch repaired. I was so impressed with the service I received that I bought another watch and some earrings while I was there. All the staff were professional and friendly. Freya went above and beyond. Such a lovely, helpful member of staff. Well done! I can’t recommend Fossil highly enough. Great watches at very reasonable prices. They have some lovely bags too.

For some reason fossil is not gaining the popularity in Britain which it has in many countries. However this showroom was packed with some newly launched designs and it was rightly priced too. The manager and the staff were all in smiles and very helpful. Certainly recommended if you are thinking of gifts or having branded items

I went in the other day to buy something for myself but I wasn’t sure what and a nice young lady called Alexia helped me pick out a lovely gold necklace that had silver hearts on it. She listened to what I liked and picked out 3 necklaces and told me her honest opinion on them, she was so sweet and overall was a superb worker! I wear the necklace all the time now and it makes me feel so beautiful but it’s making me want to come in and buy more (which I’m definitely going to do!!).

Just went in for a new strap that I ordered Sarah was so nice and friendly . I ended up buying a new watch too. She taken links out for me and even engraved it.
