Just had the Aromatherapy massage with Rachel...and it was just amazing...I left completely relaxed, smelling amazing and pain free. I had other massages with her before and she can go from strong touch deep tissue to relaxing flowing Swedish. I highly recommend.

I had a very short session with Adam but in these 30 minutes he totally fixed my shoulder and neck. Highly recommend him and his approach. Thank you Adam, great job!!

I had my first session with Olha today and it was fantastic - Olha took the time to find out what I wanted to get out of the session and understand areas of my back I have pain (following a car accident in 2015). She made me feel really comfortable throughout and is such a lovely lady. I came away feeling really relaxed as well as with some exercises to help build strength in some of my weaker muscles. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you Olha, I look forward to another session next month!

This year I started having remedial massages with Stefania De Cara after having pain for a few years following an injury. In my initial booking we went through areas of pain and she does targeted routines to ease my pain each time. Each booking she checks in and asks again for any areas to tailor each session to help me. She is very professional, considerate, explains areas of tension and gives me exercises that will help me between appointments. I always go away feeling so much better, feeling instant results and have 100 % confidence in everything she does to help me. I am SO SO glad to have found such an awesome and knowledgeable therapist after years searching for one and getting nowhere with help through my GP. I could not recommend her enough to anyone who is suffering with ongoing muscle pains! If I could review more than 5 stars I would!

I had a quality, professional massage from Sonja. She listened to my muscle problems and was quickly able to identify and work through them. She focussed on areas I had difficultly with and I immediately felt results. I have already recommended!

I have been seeing Sonja Breach for a few years now and she is fantastic. She listens to your problems and adjusts the massage accordingly. She finds knots you're not even aware of. She leaves me feeling much less tense every time.
