Outstanding service today. Only wish I had gone here first before wasting my money on those "photo booths" you see in supermarkets/ post offices, etc. Due to my white hair, all other passport photos had failed the on-line check. The lady in the shop instantly recognised the issue and made the adaptations necessary for the photo to pass . I would recommend that everyone should have their passport photos done at this shop, they will guarantee the photo to pass.

Not surprised that Lou and New Milton Photographic get so many 5 stars. Very friendly personal but professional help. Recently needed a photograph for an urgent passport application. Walk in service: Lou took the pic, quick confirmation from Passport Office that the photo was acceptable, Lou then supplied a printout with the code for the online application and that was it. Very moderate charge and additional pics to take away. (New Passport back in 7 working days). Lou a super techy too. Gave her some yellowed photos going back 40 years. She managed to get rid of all unwanted hues and they looked brand new. Again a very moderate charge. Always a pleasure to call into the shop.

I have been going here for years and it's always very high service. Had some large prints done and they came out so well! Also passport photos for myself and little boy. Very happy.

Lou and Ian do a tremendous job here. Nothing is to much trouble. I've learnt how to send photos via Bluetooth! Lou helped me do a photo book and also takes passport photos and sorts codes to finish on line if required. Excellent service and they are so friendly. Photo albums and frames also sold.

Excellent walk-in passport photo service. Lou checks the spec and I have a much better photo than a booth! Always a great, personal service.
