Ordered an item that showed as in stock but wasn't unfortunately. Received email advising expected availability and options (wait, part ship, refund). As expected availability was over two weeks I opted for refund and within an hour refund had been received. Much better service than many larger organisations where refunds take days if not longer. Will re-order when back in stock.Thank you for good service.

A well stocked shop, what I especially like is the wide range of Miuyki Delicas in wholesale quantities. Fast shipping from UK to Norway as well. Customer service is very good! I was working on the bangle in the photo when I happened to find my favourite Delica Dealer, and I'm very happy that I did. Working on projects like that, which I frequently do, a well stocked wholesale dealer is an old girl's best friend!

This will be my second time ordering from CJ Beaders. The customer service was superb. One of my bead colours had gone out of stock; they called to let me know and to see if my order could wait until the stock arrived or if I needed the beads sooner. It only took 24 hour for them to complete my order and the beads arrived quickly. The parcel was very well packaged and the order was correct. Thank you for a great service.

Everything arrived and is perfect. My only problem was that I ignored the carrier's messages as they were not from the same name company and I thought they were a scam! This meant I missed the delivery and had to wait a further 2 days.
