These guys are brilliant. Their customer service is second to none. They are very friendly, easy gong and down to earth whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. I hired a roof box from them for my 7 nights stay to the west coast of Wales. They sorted me out with a good deal for 11 days. There is absolutely no hassle involved with hiring a roof box from these guys. You book and reserve by paying a deposit. You turn up with your vehicle on the agreed date where they will fit the roof box and bars and explain everything with respect to how to use the box, they'll measure your height so you know which barriers of any you'll need to avoid. You'll need to pay a security payment for the box which ours refunded when you return the box. Once finished you turn up on the agreed date and they'll remove the box for you (doesn't take long at all 5 minutes tops). You go in the store and get a refund on the security payment. Simple. If you need to hire a roof box and you are from the Leicester out surrounding areas you need to use these guys.

I popped in to this place Saturday hoping to buy a set of new Thule Wingbar Evo Roofbars…… and they certainly didn’t disappoint. They gave me a fantastic matched price from somewhere else I was going to buy from before from the net. Place was bigger then expected inside with a huge range of different Thule products to browse through. Staff were a good laugh and very friendly also. I will definitely be returning here to complete a deal for my roofbox and bike rack. Thanks again guys

Fantastic professional service. Had a full service and repairs done on my car and was more than happy. Never realised they offered this but will definitely always get my car serviced here in future. More than reasonable price and no overprinting .

We had a bit of a holiday emergency. The hire car we were using was not as big as described. We couldn't fit all 6 of us and our luggage in the car to go on a 2 week holiday to Italy. We needed a roof box like yesterday. Epic accessories sorted us out with roof box, roof bars (even though they didn't initially had the right ones in stock!) And installation within an hour! Truelly brilliant company who saved our holiday. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Have used these guys for years and would not consider anywhere else for anything motor accessories related. This week I unwittingly crushed my roofbox, see pictures below. By any standards this looked unrecoverable but I spoke with Dean who picked up after hours and organised everything for the morning after despite covid restrictive working. On arrival I was met by Matt who was fully briefed and he worked wonders on the box, completing the impossible in just one hour. Great service, great result and asked only for a nominal amount which I duly improved because I was delighted with the outcome. The rest of the motor trade can learn a lot from these guys. 5 shiny stars! The "Team", aka the owner was very helpful and I was finally able to get my alloy wheels fitted on my car. They have a wide range of accessories but their willingness to help and knowledge stand out the most. I didn't even know I needed a small part that cost a pound but without it the whole thing is unsafe. We even got to choose the colour of the parts, etc. Just great.

Extremely efficient, very user friendly, Epic inspires confidence and as an elderly woman, I have never been 'talked down to' which can be a common experience in in car servicing garages. This is the very best place at which I have had my car serviced - ever! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
