Brights were recommend to us. So glad we used them, from the 1st time, very nice people. Then took my husband watch in. A different jeweller put a battery in and it still did not work, as soon as we took it to Brights they knew exactly what the problem was. They really know their stuff. which makes a great jeweller, all members friendly and very helpful. I cannot recommend James at Brights enough! He was so friendly and nothing was a trouble. I contacted bright’s because my engagement ring needed re sizing and re rhodium plating. I needed this done before a certain date, this was no issue to James he went above and beyond to get this sorted for me. James made me feel at ease with leaving my sentimental ring with him and I trusted him with it. My engagement ring has never looked newer and shinier, I’m so impressed with the customer service at brights. I will definitely be using them again for future rhodium plating and other jewellery resizing. Thank you very much !

The problem with reviews these days is that people buy them. Trust pilot is full of paid for reviews and it's hard to actually find an honest one. I would very much recommend Blakes jewellery services to you if you are in need of such things. Not only is the customer service brilliant but they have the hands on skills present to be able to know what needs to be done and how to do it. Above that though, its the honesty that I return for. Honest prices and honest people. That for me is priceless and feels missing in a lot of business interactions these days. You could only do worse by going elsewhere in my opinion for what every that is worth. 5 stars and I'd squeeze in more if I could.

Went into Brights today to get my wife’s bracelet made into a necklace. The guy said he could do it and actually did it straight away. I would recommend Brights, for there excellent service. Well done.

Most definitely the best locally by far. Used Brights for the first time due to some great reccomendations. We had our rings cleaned and polished. Nothing was too much trouble & we felt at ease leaving our wedding rings with them. James kept us in the loop and even text us with updates.
