When visiting a store such as Chaplins you are justified in having a high expectation but I assure you that from the moment you walk in and work with someone like Ludovic in store, right through to the delivery and caring installation of your order by Thomasz and his crew, your expectations will be surpassed. Further, occasionally (and not through the fault of Chaplins) there are things that go wrong. Even though this happened, Miriam and her team in customer service couldn’t have been quicker to sort out the issues and keep me fully informed. Just such a refreshing company to use. We visited Chaplins earlier this year for the first time and were very impressed with the wide range of top quality furniture on show. Simon, the M.D. , came across to introduce himself and gave us a lot of useful guidance, Paul Hart handled our visit and order with expertise and patience ( we are very careful with our choices!) and Francesco and Miriam in Customer Service handled the delivery and back up with care. Chaplins Furniture is an excellent company to deal with. They double check the order (colour/style/size) and give very accurate delivery dates and times.
