Had a wonderful detox facial with Anne-Marie, one of the best facials I've had! My skin feels brand new. The spa, the service was just fantastic! Will be returning for sure x

Incredible customer service and a fabulous treatment which was the perfect pick-me-up after just feeling a bit rundown. Saima was so welcoming and fitted myself and a friend in at very short notice. So pleased to have found a knowledgeable and skilled therapist and I’ll definitely be rebooking with Saima again. 5 stars ⭐️

An appointment was arranged on the 5th August for a massage etc as a treatment for my niece as a present after the birth of her twin boys. Money was paid, appointment booked and never gave it another thought till yesterday. My niece turned up at the correct time and stood waiting to be attended to for 10 minutes so not a good sign. Then they couldn’t find the booking. It had never been made. They took the money on the 4th August but someone messed up big time by not making it. It gets worse. They sent her away with an apology and said they would ring her today and give her a phone number to contact. So she is now running after them to get an appointment that was paid for 6 weeks ago. They don’t answer the phone so unless it’s sorted out by tomorrow evening I will be going to Clarins in John Lewis Newcastle upon Tyne and I had better get this sorted or there will be even more than an apology needed. What has happened to good old customer service that John Lewis used to have. It’s sadly lacking at the moment

I was waiting to be served by the only assistant at the counter. She had acknowledged me and said she wouldn't be a minute. I was happy to wait. Another assistant arrived so I started speaking to her. 2 other ladies came up behind me. They had been trying items but were not waiting in a queue. They complained that they were first and the newly arrived assistant began to speak to them over my head. I explained I had already been there before them. They became very aggressive and the assistant totally ignored me and continued to assist them.There was no word of apology from her to me. I left in disgust and will certainly not be going there again.

They never answer the phone or return messages. No online booking. Totally farcical unless you can go in person and stand in front of them

When the beauty bar opened, I had a taster of a firming facial and it was so good that I booked a regular session with Hannah and I was amazed how good my facial was, she made the experience so enjoyable, my skin felt wonderful and I will definitely be back.
