I visited on the 02/05/23 and set myself a budget of around £200-210 to spend on jeans and I was hoping to leave Bicester Village with at least 3 pairs. Levi’s did not disappoint me as I spent less than £190 and left with 4 pairs of 502s. This budget would’ve only got me 1 pair of jeans at Diesel, and Levi’s quality are just as good. The staff at Levi’s were very friendly and the manager (whom I assumed to be the manager) was the one who pointed me to the perfect fit. The only downfall was that they didn’t have a grey pair of 502s, so I had to opt for the light denim as an alternative. However this minor setback didn’t warrant anything less than a 5 star review as the customer service was flawless, and the jeans were a perfect fit.

All models and colours are available here. The store guys are efficient in pulling out whatever you wish to see and match it with a belt if you wish. Not too bad

I used to shop at Bicester but today was a Very bad experience at Levis store. The store manager Beth was very unprofessional, she charge us different amount from what was the price stated on the product and instead of just saying sorry, had made a lot of arguments before realising her mistakes, there’s no need to argue, as a manager she should learn how to manage and calm the situations with her customers. Wasted almost an hour with her, and instead of giving us the refund money, she deducted more money on my bank, fortunately I checked my bank online and found out another issue, had to go back to the store after all the arguments just to refund all the money that she took out from my bank. This kind of manager needs more sales management training, sorry but you shouldn’t be on your position.

Working 2.5 hours from home, only had work trousers left jeans at home, helped by a very brand knowledgeable assistant Tilly, purchased two pairs of jeans. Thank you, an asset to the company Levi’s at Bicester.

Jeans tore after less than 6 weeks of use. Despite supposedly priding themselves on quality, Levi's are anything but. Other outlet store refused to exchange as past 1 month - hardly a hallmark of quality. Avoid at all costs.

Not bad but can buy for less on the high street

Good clothes as always, service....not impressed. Mistake made by the cashier (by giving us additional student discount on top of the offer they had on) and we had to spend an additional 5-10 mins for someone to rescan everything so we can pay the £11 they discounted from the bill 😑

I’m working in retail department as well, and I got to say the service had been exceptional in every way, really help me find the right jeans, not just that they reall cheerful and helpful despite the outlet is crazy busy today, I noticed they communicated really well among themselves and with customer, I didn’t get his name very tall guy and a lady really help me a lot, really satisfied with the service and even help the customer to get the extra discount, really good team they have here I was here on 26/11/2022
