Such an incredible service provided. We came across the company by chance as were looking at another sofa shop nearby but the minute we spoke to Taz and saw the workshop we were sold. We showed photos of what we liked and already had one fabric picked out but were guided through the whole process. They have such brilliant knowledge and we learnt so much! The quality can’t be beaten and we loved how they sourced materials responsibly. The cost is really fair considering the quality, and was certainly much cheaper than other ‘high end’ national companies. Couldn’t recommend more.

An absolutely great company. You deal with good people, it's owned by Taz who deals with customers. He's straight forward, as he's the boss if he says yes we can do that for this date he makes it happen. It's a fantastic quality product delivered by on time by a company that gives the customer a quality of service many others could learn from. I'd recommend them and I'd buy from them again. 100%. I needed a specialised chair for my elderly mother and Taz and the team couldn't be more helpful. The chair was custom made to her requirements and is now sitting very comfortably. The quality of furniture is second to none and at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for bespoke quality furniture.

Many thanks to Taz and his team for the fantastic service offered from start to finish. Wanted a circular sofa for a room to our Oast house. My photo posted does not do it justice! knew that we would need a bespoke sofa made to fit the room. Taz took time out with us to chat with us about our needs on visits to the showroom before finally ordering. Don’t normally leave reviews. However, felt I had to on this occasion and would recommend unreservedly.

I would like to thank Taz and all his wonderful staff for the the quality and build on our new sofa and chairs. They are beautiful. these were replacements for sofas we purchased from Designer sofa back in 2012. might i add they were replaced as a refurb and NOT through wear and tear. A superb made to measure service. From the start, all staff were so helpful and accommodating to what we needed for our space, measurements and colours. Tonnes of fabrics to choose from. We were able to make all of our sofa bespoke: the size of cushions, shape of arms, legs, height of it. We felt we were in control of what we wanted and not being told what only options there were, like you get at usual high street places. Fully recommend for anyone who is looking for their perfect sofa. Even through lockdowns, we were kept in the loop about the progress of the sofa being made. Thank you!

I cannot recommend this company enough. Taz and the team are absolutely fantastic at what they do. The quality of their merchandise is exceptional and excellent value for money. Nothing is ever to much trouble for them and they go out their way to make sure you get a bespoke product and made to specifically what you want. This is the second time we have purchased a settee and we also had chairs and a bench seat made which look fantastic in our room. Where should I begin? What an excellent company and what a wonderful team. We approached The Designer Sofa Company early in 2021 to design and manufacture a bespoke, curved sofa to fit in our curved lounge. We had tried a couple of other companies both of which came to nothing. Having spoken intially to Zak on the phone he invited us to the showroom to discuss our requirements. Our visit to the showroom lasted 4-5 hours and covered everything from shape, dimensions, fabric type and colour. Even more impressive was to see how the bones of the sofa would be made from English beechwood in the carpentry shop. Following the initial design consultation and deposit payment, Zak and his carpenter Nathan visited us to measure up the peculiar shape. They visited again a couple of months later with the wooden frame and one further time after they had some minor adjustments to the shape. Meticulous detail and patience! Finally after many months we received our sofa on a Sunday - perfect. We are so pleased with the result. 'Good things come to those that wait'
