I had a great experience on my course. Eyelash perm/ lift and tint. Also, brow lamination. Claudia was very clear and direct with the information/instructions. Very friendly too! Loved it so much I booked lots more courses here. Highly recommend using surepass in Norwich as a go to for all the courses you want to do.

Really enjoyed the reflexology course. Vicky was knowledgeable and interesting. We were provided with good sort material and we're given plenty of opportunity to practice and consolidate our learning. I would highly recommend the course for anyone interested in reflexology.

I absolutely loved doing the basic haircutting course and 100% recommend it to anyone considering it. Claudia is the most fantastic teacher and I know I have learned from the best. E-file course Vicky is great, very good course, enjoyed learning how to use the e-file correctly. Didn't feel silly asking any questions. Easy to find, you can park at Anglia Square car park and walk down. Have done previous courses here before and all are great, not too expensive and you can pay a deposit first and pay the rest later. I have really enjoyed my experience at SurePass thanks to Claudia for being a very clear, detailed, calm teacher. I felt at ease from the moment of starting the basic barbers course as the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. Thank you again for all your help Claudia! I recently done a manicure and acrylic course. Vicky was very friendly and happy to help with any questions. Her demonstrations were clear and easy to follow. She made sure everyone on the course was confident with what they were doing and gave us feedback so we knew what to improve on. I will definitely be going back to Surepass for future course!
