Big thanks to Erin 0 at benefit. My eyebrows looked perfect and the best that I have had in a long time. The treatment wasn't rushed. She was very gentle and friendly and took time to ensure I was happy with the look before doing anything. She refined the eyebrows afterwards and ensured that every strand of hair was gone that I didn't want to make the perfect shape. She was very patient and checked I was happy at each stage of the process. Definitely recommend Erin 0 for your eyebrow tint and waxing.

My daughter and I visited the Benefit counter in Boots Meadowhall on 7/12/23 and were attended to by Jaz. She was an expert in her knowledge, made us feel comfortable, and offered detailed explanations about what she was doing and the products she was using. She was sooo lovely! It was so lovely to meet Erin and she did an amazing job with my eyebrows. I’m in my 50s, don’t go for beauty treatments or products generally, was a little apprehensive and it had been many years since visiting a Benefit brow bar. Erin was the friendliest, most engaging person ever and before I knew it time had flown by and I’d had such a lovely experience. Fantastic experience! From start to finish! I was given a free consultation and advice from Claire at the brow bar Meadowhall. She did an amazing job on creating some eyebrows for me using a pencil after they have sadly fallen out. I was very nervous about going but Claire was patient and took her time to make sure she matched the colour perfectly to my hair colour. Really grateful for a 10/10 service! Highly recommend Claire if you have a problem with thinning or missing eyebrows. I feel confident again! Thankyou so much

The consultant was Erin and she was lovely and professional. She talked me through the eyebrow waxing process and gave me sufficient time to read the important information leaflet. All of the Benefit staff I have met are helpful and professional and will help shoppers of any age. Some beauty/ sales consultants of other more expensive cosmetics are blind to ladies of a certain age, but not Benefit staff. Thank you Erin.

A girl called Chloe on benefit did my brows I was abit nervous to get them done as I’ve never had them done before but she explained it well and gave me great tips to use in the future, lovely girl will be booking in again

Today was my second brow wax with Sophie and she is absolutely the nicest person ever. She takes so much pride in her work and explains all the products so clearly. My brows look fabulous and Sophie was kind enough to give me a facial to try some of the new face products. I'm planning on buying some after my next pay day!

I came for a brow wax and was informed about their lip waxing option, and had it done. Daniel was my advisor and did a fantastic job. I bought quite a few products and tried some techniques. Chloe was also on and gave a great second opinion on things.
