I don’t normally bother writing reviews, but just had to this time after a wonderful experience with Anna at John Lewis in the Trafford Centre. From beginning to end, the whole experience, from consultation to wax was brilliant. I absolutely love my brows. They look amazing, But the best thing was Anna herself. Unbelievably helpful, really knowledgeable, massively talented and a really lovely, funny, happy person too. It was like spending an afternoon with a best mate and getting an amazing brow wax too!
