Not one to leaves reviews normally but this company have been great form start to finish! We had the hulk castle and black and green slide, set up and take down was done extremely quickly, communication was spot on and my daughter was over the moon with both! Would highly recommend and will be using again in future! Thank you for supplying hours of fun 🤩

Fantastic service.. smooth delivery and set up... really nice selection of bouncy castles which are well maintained and clean....the kids absolutely loved them. I wouldn't go anywhere else as I've had few of the company now and each time it's been a different one but they are all amazingly clean. The lads who come and set up are top lads... Great customer service. Highly recommended

I rented a pit ball from Castle Kingdom and I couldn’t be happier with their service. The quality of the pit ball including the balls were excellent - clean and well-maintained, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. The assembly time was around 5 mins, which was done in a rigid and calculated manner not compromising safety. The delivery was impressively quick, and they adhered to efficient timings, which made the whole process hassle-free, they worked around my party times which I was particular impressed with. Next time I will be hiring a bouncy castle and would also recommend them to family and friends. I highly recommend this company for their top-notch service and professionalism. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Booked bouncy castle for daughters 3rd birthday which started at 11am, emailed company to ask if they could deliver earlier, not a problem would come for 10am. They still hadn't arrived by 1030 so rang to enquire where they were, said they been stuck in an accident and would be 10/15mins...yes these unforeseen circumstances do happen but I shouldn't of had to call to find out, I would of expected a phonecall earlier to say what the delay was. They arrived at 10.55am and was still setting up as people arrived which was disappointing and ment children were hanging around waiting to go on. The two guys were friendly and helpful. The bouncy castle was good quality and size.

We have never used Castle Kingdom before but were very impressed with their service. They turned up as arranged to put up the castle and take it down. They were friendly and polite. The castle was good value for money and we would certainly use them again. The only slight disappointment was that the slide was not slippery so it was difficult to slide down.
