I have been a client for Reality properties for a couple of months and I must say their service has been nothing short of excellent. Yawar is a great man who treats his tenants almost like family. I have been working with Realty Properties (specifically Yawar) for almost 2 years now, and I quite literally could not speak more highly to the quality of service I have received in that time. Yawar responds to standard inquiries quickly, and further, always makes sure urgent requests are dealt with *immediately*. I’ve heard of property management horror stories from friends using other agencies due to lack of communication/follow-through and comparatively have never had a negative experience. Lastly, Yawar is always personable, kind, and has proven to be very reliable/trustworthy (and from a woman’s perspective I have never felt even the slightest bit uncomfortable or unsafe).
