Absolutely 5 star service, booked a bouncy castle my daughter picked off the website arrived at exactly the time I said we could get in the hall no waiting around ,lovely company so friendly and the bouncy castle was even better than the picture looked, so much fun can't wait to choose one for next year thank you so much

Hired a castle at the start of October, captain castle was very knowledgeable and prompt to ensure the area we wished to place the castle was safe from all environmental risks. Communication with CCE was easy via Facebook messenger and clear. The lovely husband and wife team came and set up the castle with plenty of plastic non slip sheeting to allow for the kids to get on and off easily avoiding the grass. Castle was very clean and well kept! Collection time was specified when it arrived that morning and collection was very swift so should people wish to hire for a party these two were in and out with minimal disruption. Many thanks highly recommend. Would use again.

Captain castles are the only company I will use after being let down by another company. Even when he had a broken leg he made sure we still got the castle. For the past eight years I have had them for my daughter's birthdays and they never fail. Great communication, turn up on time, fab clean and safe. I can not recommend them enough. My kids beam each time they see you :)

100% would recommend. We asked to change the day, the day before we was due to get it because the weather was going to be awful and they was amazing at doing that for us. The bouncy castle was brilliant, very clean and well kept. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Brilliant service. Will be using again very soon :)

We had the disco bouncy castle with slide for our daughters birthday party, it was brilliant , clean and so fun the kids loved it! Being able to play your own music through it too was added bonus . Excellent bouncy castle and cars, hours of fun had by all at the party. We went for the unicorn slide castle, it was a great size for our 4 year olds party. The castle was clean and in excellent condition. It was delivered promptly and collected on time. Communication throughout was excellent, would highly recommend and we will defo be using again.
