I would highly recommend this place for living. Whether you are a couple without or with children (experienced both states while living here) or a single person , everybody should feel comfortable in Florence House. The building and flats are equipped with modern amenities of good quality, the problems if there are any in flats are solved quickly and walls between neighbours are soundproof. But the main reason for the good atmosphere here is its exeptional reception hall and outstanding staff - Ash and Ives which are very friendly and professional guys. They give you a feeling like you are a long time friends - always kind and helpful. They are trying their best for different residents to feel like they are family here. Also, coffee here is great and free :D We are really enjoying all the events that are being held here - on every holiday or just simple occasion like "grab-and-go breakfast" - food is good and free. Also, the great news is that the opening of the gym is coming!

Florence House has many outstanding qualities that make it an incredible place to live. It has great transport links, close to amenities, open areas and awesome community spaces where you can relax and socialise whilst enjoying free tea or coffee from the coffee machine. However, what made it truly shine to me is the welcoming atmosphere and friendliness of Ives, Ash and the rest of the team. Ives and Ash were extremely helpful and reassuring when we had any questions regarding moving in, going the extra mile to really make you feel at home. ^-^

Florence House is a gem in the rental market. Clean and great facilities. The staff here are excellent. Ives in particular is always happy to help! There are frequent resident events so it truly feels like you are part of a community.

Absolutely love living here! From the moment I stepped into the reception area, I was taken aback by its cleanliness, warmth, and impeccable design. I've even snapped a few photos to share just how wonderful it looks. The proximity to the Colindale Tube Station and other amenities makes this location unbeatable. But what truly sets this place apart are Ash and Ives. Their dedication, prompt responses, and consistent efforts to ensure residents are happy are commendable. They are truly the heart of this property, always going the extra mile to rectify issues or answer queries. The entire communal area, the co-working space, and even the free coffee machine add a touch of luxury and convenience to daily life here. If I could give more than five stars, I surely would. Kudos to the entire team for making this one of the finest places to live in London!

We chose Florence house due to the proximity to the tube and having modern flats. But it is much more than just that. Cozy communal areas provide a place to work or relax, as well as a change of scenery. There are a lot of community events organized throughout the year as well, providing opportunity to get to know your neighbors and socialize. Ash and Ives deserve a special mention for their friendliness and prompt resolution of any issues. It's reassuring to know that assistance is just an email away, and their proactive approach contributes significantly to a sense of community and well-being.

A great place to live, staffs are friendly and helpful. Starting from viewing to moving-in, Ives showed extreme friendliness in answering our enquiries and superb efficient in solving our problems. The staffs made Florence House a great place to live in.

Just moved in and already very pleased with the choice. Perfect flat with a view, in a newly built area, which is still being developed in a fast pace. Very pleasant communal area with games room and bbq place. Gym under construction. Last but not least: Ives and his team act as very customer/resident focused. Only a mere 20 min from King’s Cross and near major outward roads towards the North.

We absolutely love living in this complex, it is clean, spacious and new! We use common area to have a a tea or work. We are grateful to Ash and Ives who are always there to accommodate your requests, very professional team! I would recommend to anyone who consider luving in the area to choose Colindale gardens and in particular Florence house!
