The building is cold ( no heating ). That is the only negative, so make sure you have a warm coat with you when you go to view. The Prices and the service are exceptional. We have dealt with Dominic, Alan and Gill. They are all most helpful and have made choosing and buying our tiles a pleasure. Would recommend them to anyone!! FIRST CLASS

I find the staff to be really good. Down to earth straight talking. Always happy to show you around and there is no sales push. I had issues but all got resolved quickly. Its like a family atmosphere....it makes it unique.

Service is good and prices are fair however when purchasing the tiles i was told if i had purchased too many packs i would be able to return packs that had not been used. When returning these 4 days later we were told that the ‘batch’ had changed and we were not able to get a refund. Didn’t seem as though staff wanted to refund the extra packs as it seemed that was only said to get the sale over the line. Just seems a bit fishy that they dont stock that batch 4 days after purchase. Please bear in mind before purchasing.
