We had a great experience last year with Andrew Chell. The house was in good condition and all of the rooms were great sizes. Any times there were small issues he was quick to respond and help. Andrew Chell is a great student landlord and makes the process fool proof, from explaining bills to making everything as easy and simple as possible. Additionally, at the end of tenancy we were given the option to move out 5 days earlier in return for free end of tenancy cleaning which was perfect for us. Would highly recommend staying with Andrew Chell.

1 Burleigh road, 5 Bedroom house was great, really big rooms and plenty of space. Very friendly and helpful landlord, quick maintenance and provides useful information. Moving out was really easy and a free cleaning service was even offered. Absolutely no complaints and probably the best renting experience I've had in Loughborough.

Such a fantastic landlord! We’ve had an amazing year with Andrew and he’s made the whole experience so easy, comfortable and fun! Andrew works hard to get to know each of his tenants, arranging house meet-ups throughout the year, communicating personally through group chats, and doing most of any work needed in the house all himself. Andrew is polite and friendly, and has treated us with respect throughout. Andrew communicates clearly, and manages expectations well to ensure that everyone understands what is expected throughout the move-in and move-out process. Having had some very negative experiences with prior landlords, I was so impressed with the way that Andrew handled our tenancy throughout our time; from signing the contract and being amenable to complicated requests, different move-in dates, and storing our belongings before we moved in; all the way to returning our deposit and energy allowance surplus within weeks of moving out. Andrew even paid to have our oven cleaned for us as a complimentary extra, going above and beyond to ensure that our move out was simple and smooth for us all as we left university. I cannot recommend Andrew Chell highly enough for any students looking for houses in the area - thanks Andrew! :)

I rented a property with Andrew along with 5 others, he was a very attentive landlord who would be quick to respond and solve any problems we had or help we needed! The house is in great condition, and Andrew was extremely thorough with the cleaning process before we moved in. He is very understanding in regards to when we receive our student finance and accommodates this in providing different rent instalment options to suit each of our requirements!
