Waleed makes a lot of effort to keep the place in good shape, clean and tidy with a lot of care for the tenants. Shared spaces are cleaned regularly and there are not too many people per shared area. The place was very affordable- especially given the space! I would recommend Lufbralets if you are looking for a reliable and understanding landlord and a nice place to stay regardless of which year you are joining or even if you are on placement. The rooms are well kept and can be quite large as well with great use of space. I found great storage, working space and furniture. I always felt any concerns or queries were resolved very quickly and with no worries. The properties are all manageable distances to campus and there is great parking/bike storage!

Have rented a one bed flat (Borrowdale Way) from Lufbralets for 3 years both as a student and whilst working at Loughborough Uni. Everything has been great! The property was well looked after, and Waleed was very helpful and communicative with any questions/issues I had. Definitely the best landlord I've dealt with. Would recommend to anyone 100%

I stayed at 72 Valley road during my master’s year at Loughborough between 2020-21 and cannot stressed how fantastic it was to live here! The customer service was incrieble! The location is only 5-minute walk from the Library and 10 minutes from James France building which is very easy to get around to campus. Tesco’s was only a 5 minute drive too. The other tenants in the house were quite laid back and were in seminar situations in their education as myself. The flat was a perfect size for two people, rooms were an excellent quality and there was weekly cleaning service included in the very reasonable price. Waleed is possible the best landlord in Loughborough and a genuinely nice bloke. He was friendly, always around to fix any issues and I would say he is gem within an industry. I would highly recommend Lufbralets and Waleed to any final or masters year student who is looking to rent in Loughborough.

Great flat, spacious with everything I needed and in a good location for uni too, just a short walk to campus or town. Well maintained and excellent service, Waleed was always quick to answer any questions and sort any problems I had. Would definitely recommend to any students looking for accommodation.

Have lived in two of Lufbralets properties totalling 4 years. They have been good value, brilliant, well kept properties! Waleed is an excellent Landlord. I've contacted him a couple of times with minor issues and he is there straight away to fix. Couldn't recommend renting from Lufbrlets enough!!
