I would give a zero rating if I could. Son rented a property with his friends, left the house completely spotless after employing a cleaner on THEIR recommendation and then withheld every tenants deposit to clean the house saying plug sockets were dusty!!! DO not under any circumstances rent from these people. They are nothing but sharks and court papers are now being drawn up. According to Companies House Parrhouses is dormant and not trading!!!

Parr Houses what can I say? Excellent landlord and workforce, with great customer service. All repairs completed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.

We have been with Parr houses for two years and it's been such a pleasant experience. The houses are well maintained, clean, and well furnished. You cannot fault the quality of the landlord service: whenever a light bulb goes, or the boiler plays up we have someone round so quickly! Allison and Dominic are so friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about their tenants. The rent is very reasonable for the space, environment, and service you get. Cannot recommend them enough! I wish you did non-student accommodation too! Thank you for everything over the last 2 years.

We decided to move to Parr houses for our final year in Loughborough following recommendation from a friend. We only moved 4 doors down but the difference was remarkable. The rooms are an excellent standard and the houses are well insulated so winter is not the usual unbearably cold student experience. The landlords provide excellent customer service, replacing and repairing any problems that arose during our tenancy very quickly and gave no quarrels regarding deposits, providing a fair and legitimate service. I would happily recommend as one of, if not the top student landlord in Loughborough. They made our final year a pleasure.

Living in a house run by Parr Houses for 10 months now and only have 2 left. Encountered almost no problems with the house however anything that did need fixing was almost done immediately - very satisfied with the service! Better student living than anywhere else I've encountered - could not ask for a better final year. Great location - only a 10 minute walk from students union and less than 10 minutes to the town centre. Highly recommend to any future students of Loughborough University. Really good security on the house.

Parr Houses have been a cut above the normal expectations for a student landlord all year. From providing great security, to fixing any maintenance problems extremely quickly and receiving a full deposit refund, the company and staff appear to genuinely put your interests first. After hearing various nightmare stories about most other landlord companies in Loughborough, I cannot recommend Parr Houses enough, great houses and great management.

Spent my second year of Uni living on Granville Street with Parr Houses. Allison, Lee and Dominic are all really helpful, and any issues we had were always resolved incredibly quickly. After dropping them an email to mention that my mattress wasn't very comfortable, it had been changed within hours when I arrived home later that day! Also received the full amount of my deposit back from them. Will definitely use them again when I return back from my placement.

Parr Houses student Accommodation provides housing perfect for students. The landlords were so much more helpful than we could have hoped, always attending our needs, queries, requests and so on. The house itself was spacious with a separated kitchen and living room which is often uncommon and large bedrooms, including the 'box room'. I would recommend to all students.
