Popped in to have a look at a new laptop for when i start doing my degree. The guy that was in there didn't seem interested in helping or even possibly making a sale. Was thinking of shopping locally but think i will go elsewhere now.

We had 3 laptops requiring attention. 1st- was sorted on the spot, at no charge. 😊 2rd- had coffee damage and was a write-off…we purchased a reconditioned replacement model and the advice in choosing and helping in setting up was fantastic (knowledgeable, friendly but not at all pushy). 👍🏻 3rd- has some issues (shutting down randomly and deleting things annoyingly, plus not holding charge). An update and assessment will be provided in approximately 3 working days. 🙂 On the back of all services provided so far, I will trust the advice we’re given and I am confident that the price will be reasonable too. 5*

100% recommend... had a huge problem with my CPU pc was not posting what so ever, took it in to the team at smart computers to have a look at it and no surprise my motherboard was dead. With Andy's advice on what new parts I would need, he recommended some amazing new parts, and pc has been running amazing since I've had it back, with much improved performance all around. If your looking for any advice and recommendations on what upgrades you need look no further the team is amazing and very quick in getting the job done and give honest feedback and advice. Will definitely be using again in the future.

They are fast and helpful my laptop stopped working I went to Currys I was told to save my stuff on the hard drive it would cost me £190.00 went to smart computer they had my laptop for about a day saved my stuff of the hard drive to do that and check laptop £39.99 I bought a 1tb external hard drive £69. Brilliant service also bought a new laptop cheaper than currys

The staff here are spot on and very easy to understand. I had to upgrade my power supply for my gaming computer so I took it to the store dropped it off and the staff had it done in 3 hours! Extremely happy with the service
