This is such a friendly, professional and reasonably priced dry cleaning/laundry service. It’s the best value for money on the high street (and I have used others and been ripped off before). My items have been returned promptly and in excellent condition. The owner is always helpful and willing to give advice on aftercare for certain items too. Highly recommend!

MY NEW GO TO PLACE FOR CLEANING ANYTHING !!! I don’t usually do this, but after paying 24£ for dry cleaning a jacket in Covent Garden area that WAS NOT even cleaned… someone recommended me this place and without having anything to loose I sent it there also. Took them one day to take the stains off completely and also for a cheaper price. The jacket requires F for cleaning which I know not everyone does, but they did an AMAZING job, jacket looks like Brand New and I can’t stress enough how fast they move. I would recommend 10/10 And will continue using this place from now on 🙏

My husband is very happy with this Dry-cleaner, he took in 3 north face coats to be dry cleaned and they all come out fantastic and like new. They even puffed them up 👌 The gentleman‘s customer service skills was spot-on and he was also very polite. Will definitely use this Metro again.

Great service from Metro dry cleaners I have been using them for a few years primarily for work shirts to be washed and pressed. Always have them prepared quickly and very good value for money I highly recommend.

I came in this week and asked if I could get my suede shoes dry cleaned after it looked like I had completely wrecked them after about 3 wears. Naturally I was pessimistic, but thought I would give Metro Dry Cleaning a go because of their outstanding reputation online and because they are a mainstay on the high street. I'm delighted to say that I was treated really well as a customer, the owner was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The turnaround was quick, and the gentleman owner carried out the work on time exactly when he said he would (he even went above and beyond to keep the shop open for me when I was running 15 mins late past close time, as he knew I needed these shoes for a holiday I was going on the next day!) I'm even more delighted to say that the shoes look better than brand new and could not have been happier with the outcome. I will certainly be coming to Metro Dry Cleaning exclusively now for all of my dry cleaning needs, thank you!

Strongly recommend! I got my winter coat altered to perfection. There were some complications with what I wanted altered and was patiently guided through with different options and great communication throughout. Amazing service!

Excellent service - I have used Metro for alterations and dry cleaning almost every week and I’ve always been satisfied with the results
