I am vegan and therefore was looking to purchase equipment without leather. The guys in store helped me by researching various products online. This process took far longer than a usual sale would have taken, but they were friendly and cheerful throughout. Truly excellent customer service. I will buy all my equipment from here going forward!

I have shopped at J&S for over 10 years and never had a bad experience. Great staff and a massive range of clothing, helmets and equipment to suit any biking needs. Went in today to get the works and ended up spending over 2 hours browsing for what I needed. Staff were very kind and super knowledgeable. Robert especially when helping me choose a helmet, he asked what I was after and my budget and his recommendations showed he listened to what i wanted. I will continue to shop here and can wholeheartedly recommend to anyone in need of anything motorcycle related ! Also thanks to the guy on the top floor who took down my details to order a jacket from the warehouse, didn't get his name but he was also very kind and helpful.

Spent several hours in the store as I had a lot of riding gear to buy, the full A-Z. The assistant (Altan?) was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient, and no-pressure sales approach which made me more relaxed. He genuinely helped find the better products and took his time going through racks upon racks of clothing upstairs. I also tried on so many lids before settling for the right one for me. They have a very wide selection of products to cater for every budget. The assistant was very patient and his advice was invaluable, he really knew the products well. The prices are no different to buying online and the experience you'll get in store can't be matched with online shopping. I highly recommend this store and I will definitely be back for more gear from them. 10/10 well done guys for great helpful service and effort.

Very very high prices no deal on helmet if you are larger than a small. The customer service is a bit laid back at first and then when they warm up to you try to sell you any old Helmet by recommending any brands they have in store within your prices range. If you are looking for a great helmet and your budget is above £400 you are in the right place if not your in for a shock 😲
