Graham, the proprietor, is very knowledgable, helpful, friendly and his prices are very keen. The only downside is his Elvis style quiff. Somebody needs to take him aside and have a quiet word in his shell like.

They are such nice and trusting people. I needed to compare something in my car parked round the corner. The man just said, go ahead. I would rather drive all the way from Cheam to give them business than go to Halfords. We need more people like them. Long may they survive.
