I cannot give SeOUL enough stars! Selling a house is deeply stressful, especially when it's been a family home for decades; they *get* that. This is not your normal estate agents, heck, this is not your normal business, they focus deeply on their customers. A cynic could say that by doing that they great outcomes for themselves too, but it's just part of their character and they deserve any good karma they get. I lost count of the number of times they gave time, creativity and support, well beyond what they needed to do. I wholeheartly recommend them!
