I had a wonderful stay at Winston Farm Luxury Lodges. Claire & Steve were wonderful hosts, and gave me a very warm welcome! The lodges are an ideal place to get away from society for a while, with lovely walks along the canal - and some great nearby pubs! I certainly gained a few pounds! Very peaceful spot, can highly recommend.

Nice rural location with basic shop's about 3 miles away. Good base to travel from to local attractions or stay at base and count the boats.

Visited family here. Lovely, quiet spot close to Ellesmere. Well-appointed lodge with airy rooms, very spacious verandah and well- maintained hot tub. Dog friendly.

Such a wonderful atmosphere when choosing our Christmas tree. Super friendly and helpful staff. Hot chocolate / mulled wine always on offer. My children love the reindeers which you can feed. They also sell lovely wreaths and Christmas tree stands. The family raise money for Hope House too (donation tin next to drinks hut. )They offer a delivery service too if you are not too far away (we are in Baschurch). I have been going here for years to choose our tree and wouldn't go anywhere else. A fantastic place!

Went pumpkin picking here and it was a lovely day out, the young farmers lad was lovely and helpful and polite and the lay out was good. We got to see the goats and also had a taster of the farms pumpkin soup which was delicious, they were even kind enough to leave the recipe ingredients for all to write down to try. Worth a visit for sure. Also look out for when Xmas is near as they usually have real reindeer for all to visit.

Fabulous week. Cannot fault it! The lovely owners have thought of everything !! So quiet and relaxing.Great for the Kayaks and bikes. The lodge had everything we needed, it was cosy, modern, clean, very well equipped. We will definatly go again 5 stars from us. 👍🏻

We absolutely loved every second of our time staying in the Heron Lodge. The views to the front and rear are beautiful. The sun comes up over the farmers fields out the front containing sheep and reindeer. And the sun sets to the side over the canal bridge. The hot tub was by far the best we have used, very large considering it's for a 4 person lodge. The decking area is wide and was big enough for my daughter to happily kick a ball around. The lodge was very clean, comfortable and very pretty. The shower was excellent, plenty of storage in the kitchen and nice sized bathrooms. Very pleased with our long weekend away, owners both very friendly and we would love to return. Thank you for a wonderful mini break
