Stopped by this cafe today and was completely charmed by the inviting ambiance and warmth. Katy and Kristina, the delightful staff, made me feel welcomed, as if I were a cherished regular. The cappuccino was perfection, paired beautifully with their delectable pastries. Everything from the atmosphere to the pristine cleanliness stood out. If you're on the hunt for exceptional coffee, mouthwatering pastries, and top-tier service, make sure to give this spot a visit!

Gail’s Cafe in Farnham is the best place for those who value quality, delicious pastries and friendly, fast service. This cafe always has a large assortment of extremely tasty sweet and savory pastries, various salads, sandwiches and fabulous drinks. It is important to me that there is a significant selection of salty products for vegetarians. Gail's Farnham is a warm and welcoming cafe on the on lovely Castle Street. Whenever I walk through the door I am greeted with warm, friendly staff who smile and engage. My family and I particularly enjoy the cinnamon buns, sausage rolls and almond croissant and we always have a seeded sourdough in the house. The coffee is the best in town and my order of extra hot is always delivered. Thank you !

This is my second home- I'm always cheered up by visiting, the staff are so welcoming and lovely! The dark mocha is utterly addictive. The cinnamon buns and parmasagne chicken burgers are incredibly delicious too! I go out my way to visit as often as possible. Thanks you all for everything you do xxx

Always enjoyed popping in to GAILs around London but this branch has been the best one I’ve been to! Staff are extremely welcoming and lovely to speak to. Coffee was great, and thank you again for the extra cookie as a treat! Also to note, opening times are really great to pop in and do some light work, there is WiFi and some plugs available.

The vegan options here are abysmal, a huge array of pastries, cakes, sandwiches, not one is plant based. The only option was a salad. Given so much science is calling for a shift towards plant based food to reduce our carbon emissions and slow down the effects of climate change, (with animal agriculture being the second biggest cause of climate change after fossil fuels) not to mention how badly animals suffer for us to have cakes and sandwiches when great plant based alternatives are available, I would love to see Gail's better catering for those of us trying to do the right thing. Please add more plant based options to your menu. At least 2 or 3 options amongst the 30+ items isn't too much to ask.
