Janine knew instantly where she could help me and that she did. She gave me myofascial release which gave instant results I couldn't believe it. The relief was not only from physical pain but mental aswel. 10/10 service and I'm already getting my next appointment booked in.

I had an Ayurvedic massage with Anna Dale. I was getting over Covid and experiencing back difficulties and low mood. Anna's massage was a real turning point. I feel she has a devotional and humble attitude to her practice - to a degree I've rarely encountered. She was incredibly thorough and listened carefully to my issues. The massage itself was exceptional and she gave me advice afterwards, including some manageable and useful exercises, which aided my recovery.

I am seeing Hong since a few months now, tackling post-menopausal problems, such as irritability, mood swings (particularly in the morning), low energy, and overactive bladder problems. The benefits of the treatment are showing now, I feel positive again, so much calmer and am able to stick to a more balancing lifestyle incl. daily exercise which I actually enjoy and don’t see as a chore. Hong is very informed and supportive. I would strongly recommend his treatment if you are looking for overall balancing and feeling grounded again.

Another wonderful facial acupuncture treatment with Flora today. I’ve been visiting Flora and Shen Clinic for a number of years. I was unable to attend for the majority of last year and started visiting Flora again last month. After just one treatment it showed in my face and I felt the benefits in my overall well-being. The clinic is a little oasis and calming. Flora is always so welcoming and attentive. I always leave feeling very well cared for and looking so refreshed.
