Just wanted to say thank you very much to everyone at Dan Thomas & Co for all aspects from consultation with Dan the man, negotiations with buyers with Marisa and Claire, and then sales progression side with Claire especially and Lorraine assisting at times. There have been many highs and lows with our chain but the guys helped sooth the situations which in the end produced a great result and now we are finally in our new place. We recently sold our home with Dan Thomas and there was something about them and that gut feeling telling us to pick them when to help us sell our home. We glad we did, the journey was a bit bumpy but their approach is different in a very positive way!!! Yesterday we completed on our forever home, buying and selling through Dan Thomas & Co. From start to finish we truly couldn’t have wished for a better team to guide and support us through every step and every hurdle (and there were a few!).
