When we were looking to purchase Westex, new carpet and underlay, for the whole of my house, a friend recommended Beckenham Carpets. We found them to be polite and friendly and highly professional. As we were decorating the whole house, they worked with us in coming to fit the carpets after certain areas of the house were decorated. They moved the very heavy furniture that we were unable to move and didn’t leave the house until we were happy with where they had placed the furniture, and left the site clear, removing and disposing of the old carpet and underlay. And on top of all that they were competitively priced too. Well done, Gary, Darren, Ben and Jake, we would recommend you to anyone.

Beckenham carpets have laid a vinyl floor through our kitchen, hall and loo. They have been fantastic clean, tidy, professional and a pleasure to have in the house. I highly recommend this company excellent. 👌

We were initially a little sceptical that Beckenham Carpets isn’t a huge shop made of metal and glass. However, when we compared it to other larger chains, the quality of the carpets was far superior in the family house range (£35 sqm). What’s more Gary is a real expert – he provided fantastic advice on the correct blend that would suit us, and is totally precise when it comes to fitting – he used a join which we cannot see in two rooms and saved us a huge amount on square meterage. The fitting is absolutely exceptional and far superior to the carpet fitters in our last house. Overall a fantastic experience and they really looked after us with great advice on fitting, bars, stairs and choice of carpet and we felt very confident leaving it to them. A really pleasant experience. We will be back.

We needed a laminate floor in our hallway replaced by carpet and fast. In preparation for completion of a sale. We found Beckenham Carpets online and from the first moment of speaking to Darren, I knew we had struck gold, My partner has just started a new job and I was filming in Serbia so everything had to be left to Darren and he did an amazing job. Picking up keys from neighbours, keeping us up to speed with what was happening and completing the work in a tight time frame. All done brilliantly. A huge thanks to Darren and his team. Brilliant service from Beckenham Carpets. Gary was amazing and very patient he talked me through what I needed and came the next morning to measure up and give me the quote. Carpet was fitted yesterday by Darren and another young man who were both friendly helpful and professional. They took all the old carpet and underlay and even moved some of the furniture which was too heavy for me to move. Great personal service from a local company.

Brilliant from start to finish. Extremely helpful and friendly on first contact in the shop where I was loaned a sample of the carpet we were interested in. Both Darren and Gary were very reliable, called to confirm and arrived at arranged time. Darren's work was outstanding, we are very happy with our new stair runners.
