Apparently this was day two offering hot sausage rolls, and they are doing them very well. Great sausage to pastry ratio, crispy, juicy. What’s not to like. Also bought some sausages but haven’t had them yet. Look and smell the business though.

I'm gluten-intolerant and Villagers Fine Sausages has a wonderful selection of gluten-free sausages. I shop here quite regularly, and the quality of the sausages is consistently superb. I appreciate the 'buy five frozen packages, get one free' offer - I always have sausage available for a quick and delicious dinner. Sometimes I'll call the shop and have them gather the packages from the freezer and set them aside for me. I then simply pop into the shop, pay for my order and I'm off! I typically roast the Toulouse sausage in the oven at a high temperature and serve them atop a mound of homemade mashed potatoes (drizzled with a garlic/butter/lemon sauce that I make), and a mixed-greens salad. I personally have no interest in buying sausages anywhere else.

Visited the shop for the first time on Saturday and was met by a friendly and efficient member of staff. I chose a selection of sausages for the bbq, and each one was fantastic in flavour and quality - easily the best I've ever had. If you're serious about sausages, you won't be disappointed. Have been buying sausages from here for many years. Products & service always excellent. But today, Nick, went way beyond the call of duty, personally delivering my sausage order for an event on Sunday, that parcel-force failed to deliver. I cannot thank you enough.

I've tried quite a number of sausages and various black or even white pudding. Fantastic taste to each purchase . Can't fault anything and I've certainly consumed everything.

Check your order before you leave the shop! I Ordered original droewors, but when I got home, half of the order were perri perri, I don't like spicy at all. Very disappointing

Excellent. Wonderful selection of home-made sausages and a wide range of condiments and other meats. Once you've bought sausages, black puddings and meats from here you can't go elsewhere. Villager's sausages have a fine, distinct taste that you'll never find in mass-produced offerings. Worth every penny! Keep it up!
