We moved into Fairfields estate back in June now and absolutely love our beautiful new home. Everything about it was perfect. Upgrades were done free of charge to our flooring by the builders. There’s been no snagging issues or shrinkage whatsoever. High quality specs as standard on our beautiful Wymeswold. Amazing builder - no issues whatsoever since moving in. We moved in bang on time, no delay. Any issues we’ve had (very minor) Peveril have sorted within a week. They even sent a carpet cleaner round free of charge after we’d moved in to clean our carpet in the hall for us as move in day was messy! Layla at the show home is amazing - wonderful customer service. Peveril genuinely make you feel like a valued customer and appreciate your custom - would recommend to anyone 100%!

If you're thinking of buying a Peveril Home, consider joining one of the many Facebook community groups and read the comments. It's also worth noting that very few of the Google reviews are recent. Peveril are dreadful company. Build quality is non existent and there's no accountability. We have 140+ snags, mould in our kitchen, utility and bedroom, a garage wall that's leaning in and legal boundaries in the wrong place. The staff are incompetent, rude and dishonest. Avoid.
