I recently visited Real Love Lounge, a fantastic Caribbean restaurant, and it was absolutely amazing. The Curry Goat earned a perfect 10/10, and the Oxtail was just as outstanding, also scoring a perfect 10/10. The flavors were incredibly delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised. What impressed me the most was the level of customer service. Even though I had some doubts when placing my order, the staff at Real Love Lounge were exceptionally friendly. When there was a minor issue with my takeout order, I decided to give them a call, and to my surprise, the lady on the other end was extremely helpful. She asked about my location, and in less than 20 minutes, she personally delivered the correct items to my doorstep. Their commitment to customer care was truly remarkable. I usually don't leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience. Real Love Lounge has quickly become my new favorite Caribbean restaurant in Ruislip. If you're looking for delicious Caribbean cuisine and outstanding service, I highly recommend giving them a try.

Great food! Price was fair for the large portions. Partner ordered the combo and I ordered the chicken curry. Chicken curry was good but the curry goat was delicious!! Service was a little slow but the waitresses kept us up to date. Warm welcoming atmosphere, I would recommend.

It’s a very nice restaurant it’s now one of my favourites, we only had fish dishes but they were cooked to perfection with nice portions so we were very satisfied. The service & atmosphere was nice it was a nice vibe. Compared to the last restaurant in this spot it’s definitely an upgrade & I’ll definitely be recommending & coming back soon

Ive been passing this restaurant for a few weeks now, so i finally decided to have a try. My experience has been fantastic, today the food was absolutely fabulous. Staff where lovely & welcoming too. Fantastic service would definitely eat here again.. great location easy parking.

I visited today, for the first time with my husband and Son. We ordered Brownstew fish with rice & pease, Ackee & saltfish with boiled food(yam,dumpling, green bannana), my Son who is 7 had fried chicken and French fries style chips. Waited a while for the fish as everthing is made to order, The food was well worth the wait the waitresses were very polite and helpful. The charge for the meals was reasonable. Will definitely return again. Keep providing good quality authentic Jamaican food, well needed in this area.

Ordered ackee and salt fish with rice and peas which was very mushy, looked like baby food. Also ordered jerk chicken with plain rice which had no flavour, the texture of the chicken was slimy, couldn’t taste the jerk at all. Ordered fried chicken which had no flavour and could only taste oil. Overall the food didn’t look appetising at all. Wouldn’t even recommend to a dog.

Have used both their take away and eat in services. Great food, servers, and attentive at all times when eating in. The new owners are clearly putting a great deal of effort into all aspects of the running of this restaurant, and it shows. The difference now between what it previously was is night and day. Highly praise, and recommended this restaurant. Well done guys.

Perfect! Great portions, great tasting food and very quick. Ordered curry goat, rice and peas, coleslaw and Festival and everything arrived well packed, and bursting with flavour. I see why there has been non-stop 5 star reviews, and now they have another from me.

where can I start, the atmosphere it’s so beautiful,family run business and you can tell they really care, from the welcoming smiles to the service to the food. Combo with chicken and curry goat is a must try ! Defenetly coming back

The food was nice, would have given 5 stars but the service charge was 15% which I think is a little high. 12% is more reasonable. Other than that we had a good time!!! Thank you x
