    Wickes fitted our bathroom 2 years ago. For the last 10 months we have been trying to claim these growing gaps in our tiles. Wickes esse tilly ignored all of our guarantee claims up u till the moment when the guarantee was expiring. Wickes told us they wouldn't fix it because it is a damp wall. Of course the wall is damp because of the great big gap in the tiles. Previous bathroom had no issue like this. Will always recommend you go elsewhere than Wickes.

    Wickes Ruislip is located Victoria Road, Ruislip HA4 0QB We normally go to B&Q but gave Wickes a try , mistake... Very easy and close parking, suitable for wheelchair access through out the store. However , you can expect rude unhelpful staff and with very high prices. We were looking to buy some fire logs for our multi fuel fire . Wickes advertised a good range but come with a very high price tag. A large bags ( 20 logs ) cost £30. The same logs can be brought for £9.50 else where . We didn't buy the logs from Wickes. The customer service was very poor , as we approached to check out the staff member was in depth conversation with another staff member about Xmas . So we were clear not important. In fact, the only words she said was the (amount owed and want a bag ) no greeting , no thank you , no interaction. We politely said thank you/ goodbye which was completely ignored . Would never go back!

    Well don't know where to start. First things first, absolutely disgusted! We did a click and collect order which was confirmed, 20 mins later got an email saying they cancelled the order. After head office investigated, we found out that the staff member cancelled it as he couldn't be bothered to load 7 boxes of wood for us. Honestly what is the point! We went to the store later that afternoon, and staff and management were extremely rude. Never going back to that store again!

    Some staff are useless but management are much more knowledgeable and helpful. Usually well stocked and organised and quick service through the checkout. The kitchen installation team are quite efficient and the items aren't ridiculously expensive either. Not bad.

    I had high hopes for my new kitchen renovation, but unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare that left me disgusted. What was supposed to be a week-long project became a frustrating ordeal that lasted three months. A major issue was the repeated errors of the design. He ordered the wrong items more than once, leading to weeks of delays and additional headaches. The fitter assigned to the project disappeared for weeks without answering calls and texts, making it impossible to get updates or address concerns. This lack of communication was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling in the dark about the progress of the project. The customer service is ridiculous; no one seems to know what to do. Even the people in the store don't bother to answer the phone. I had to go there on several occasions to inquire about what was going on. Due to their incompetence, my kitchen installation has been a nightmare. Not to mention, I had to eat out for three months, spending lots and lots of money. PLEASE AVOID AND SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE

    My kitchen installation has been a complete disaster. The project, promised to take only a short time, dragged on for months. The kitchen designer repeatedly messed up orders and the fitter disappeared for weeks. The customer service is horrendous. They never answered the phone I had to go there 3 times in person to try to get them to do their jobs. They don't care about their customers at all. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly advise against choosing their services, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

    Awful customer service from Steve, Deepak and Shanti. They were so rude and ganged up on me and made me feel unsafe in the store. I’ve never felt so scared - do not go to this Wickes.

    My fitter gave .my phone number to have someone round to see about a new kitchen and they said they would phone me that afternoon...3 weeks later nothing. Gone elsewhere now. Bit surprised that they never bothered to ring.
