I had gone today(30/10/2023) around 1:30 pm for printing one Indian lady was too rude and arrogant and insulted me twice not explained anything properly and said go somewhere else and do printing. The way she was gave me the reply it was unacceptable. She has to know how to deal with the customer in a polite and friendly manner but I was like surprised Why company keep this kind of rubbish staff to low-down the image of the prestigious company. I would highly suggest the other customer not to ask anything to that Indian black lady about printing stuff or else do printing somewhere else.

This companies arrogance unfortunately means they will bar you from the shop if you write an honest review. I previously wrote a review based on my experience but decided to give them another chance as they are a small business and hoped they could have improved from my feedback. Instead they have now refused to print my work It's a shame, i now realise they are paying for their good reviews . Dont be fooled.
