Used to have good staff that offered special promotions regularly, would always offer drinks or biscuits. The last 4 times I've been there, the staff haven't moved from behind the counter! Even called out to them and got ignored. I'll be using a different arcade from now on

It is a lovely venue, staff are pleasant and friendly and make you feel welcome.

Recent visits to Waltham x venue have been, disruptive, intimidating for some visitors. The staff are too busy on their phones to help customers. STAFF, engage in loud conversatios, PRIVATE and venue related. Service at best can be challenging, no drinks or assistance is offered. Non playing people watching players, that is a safety risk for members. Verbal arguments with regular members, involving verbal abuse, from staff. The place is poorly orgaised and managed, its not as clean, service is BAD. Be aware, the Waltham Cross Venue is not fit for purpose.

This place is full of workers who are sleepy and uninterested, seems a struggle to do there daily task, this is my second time coming here and seeing page she not a pleasant person to deal with, I won’t be coming back.

I had a fantastic experience at the merkur slot store! The manager's warm greeting and complimentary refreshments created a welcoming atmosphere. While the right side of the store felt a bit cramped, the overall service and ambiance were top-notch. 5 stars!
