I ordered a premium range tv at a fantastic price and free express delivery was included. Unfortunately, when the shop contacted the courier, the courier couldn't deliver within the specified timescale due to a backlog. Usually, you may get an email from a company a few days later stating that " sorry your delivery is running late" or sometimes no communication whatsoever but as soon as the shop became aware of this logistical nightmare ( within an hour of my checkout); they phoned me and explained the situation and apologised profusely. The customer service was fantastic! Unfortunately I needed to cancel the order as I wanted the tv for the weekend but due to the great experience I had with this company, the email cancellation, instant refund and timescale in which the matter was dealt with, I couldn't recommend them highly enough! I look forward to ordering with them in the future and I'm sure there products will not dissapoint. Five Stars 🌟
