Contacted AB Sports Therapy about an issue with my right knee. After a thorough assessment, Aaron was able to diagnose the root cause of my injury and recommended a series of exercises to eleviate the pain and then strengthen the area. Within a few weeks I had already noticed a significant improvement and within 7-8 weeks, the pain had disappeared altogether (something I did not think possible given how long I had put up with the issue) Not only do they deliver a fantastic service delivered by knowledgeable staff, but everything is done in a warm, friendly manner which puts you immediately at ease. Fantastic and would recommend to anyone.

Cannot recommend AB Sports Therapy Clinic enough. Ben is such a professional and has been great with my 12 year old son after sustaining a knee injury at football. He was quick to diagnose him and set up a recovery/exercise plan to help him. He is very honest and helpful. We will not go anywhere else!

Injured my shoulder and wasn't sure it was going to heal properly after several weeks of resting, found AB therapy and had an appointment within a week. Aaron performed an expert assessment and diagnosed me with a rotator cuff injury, massaged the area, and set me up with a couple of targeted exercises. Went back a week later to find my strength had almost completely recovered and should be back in the gym soon. Alongside the fantastic diagnostic and treatment process, Aaron was very keen to put me at ease and just have a natter as we went through. Lovely, sociable chap and a therapy like no other. Absolutely the place to go for a fast and friendly treatment.

I have hurt my lower back at work which made me unable to walk properly,I was in so much pain when I was assessed,with proper treatment and guidance I have recovered really Well and quickly,after only 4 sessions I was able to walk with no more sciatic pain,but I still have a few sessions left before it's all 100% Easy to find location with allocated parking spots Professional Staff with good attitude Ben is really good at what he does,I would recommend him to anyone that suffers from disc injuries he knows what he is doing and he can get down to the root of the problem. I’ve been lucky enough to be supported by Ben during my ACL injury. From pre-surgery to 9 months post op I’ve been given appropriate advice, treatment and exercises to get me to the stage I am at now. I visited the clinic when I experienced back pain which was detrimental to my daily life and workouts. Ben was fab! Really friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. He made me feel so comfortable and within a few weeks my back pain was gone! I then enlisted their help with my plantar fasciitis which has caused me ongoing issues. Ben suggested shockwave therapy and it’s amazing what a new lease of life it has given me! No more ongoing pain and just freedom to move more and do more of what I love. You’d probably expect them to be technically proficient in their specialist area, but what they provide is a care and commitment beyond the actual treatment.
