    6am stop at Bridgwater services. Saw Greggs was open so headed there. Friendly lady at the till, all food had just been put out so was hot and fresh. Will use this Greggs again as its very convenient.

    Cold Dry bacon bap a large hot drink is a regular in a large cup tried to say I didn't pay when paying via app. Not greggs quality

    Cold, over cooked bacon baps at 7am, definitely days old. Rolled their eyes when we asked our order. Get some staff that appreciate their job and have a little pride

    Traveling a lot usually stop at this kiosk in Bridgwater services. Staff can only serve one person at a time only one till takes card the other cash seems to be different every day can stand there whilst you wait for them to notice you and no bacon is a regular occurrence?? Very disappointing not what you expect from greggs

    Shocking customer service. Three of them stood behind the tiny desk chatting ignoring us and when they finally acknowledged us.. no smiles no customer service skills at all. Where do they find these people??
