Clarks were absolutely brilliant from A to Z. I moved from Amersham to Barnet. It was a stress-free removal. Clarks provides very professional service. From the first point of contact when phoning the office, to the home visit quotation process with Ben and finally to the removal itself with Michael and George, the whole removals experience was entirely first class and positive. Ben initially inspired confidence providing a professional, courteous and friendly visit to our home to provide a quote and all of the relevant information we needed. The packing materials were delivered swiftly and were the correct amount, as soon as we asked for them after exchange. We received a text the day before the move with an arrival time, which further inspired confidence. On the day of the move we met Michael and George, who were an absolute credit to the first class reputation of Clarks of Amersham and should be recognised as such. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, calm, polite, friendly respectful, hardworking and made the entire experience actually stress-free - nothing was too much trouble. I cannot thank them both enough for their incredible hard work, professionalism and friendliness during a seamless two day move from Hertfordshire to Dorset. I will gladly recommend this excellent service to friends in the area, with a particular shout-out to Michael and George.

Clarks were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They packed up my stuff superbly and carefully. The move was very stressful in general and the only thing that wasn't was Clarks. The bank of England decided to have a day off so I didn't get the keys until late in the afternoon and they were so chilled about it. The lady who I was buying from had a disaster with her removal firm, they didn't show up. Clarks were waiting at the flat and rather than just sitting there, which they are perfectly entitled to do, they moved her stuff into a neighbour's garage. Talk about going above and beyond! I am sure she was grateful but so was I. It could have been a massive problem for me and they solved it before I even found out about it. That is just one example of the professionalism they displayed. I will always use Clarks to move from now on and will recommend them to everyone. Absolutely top class. I'm going to drop off some beers for them. Top tip, make sure that you have tea and coffee ready for them and offer it to them regularly. They will definitely earn it. Proper grafters.

Clark’s have always been superb and no job is ever too much. Today they absolutely delivered. Having taken delivery of new garden furniture we quickly realised that we didn’t have the required brawn or brains to get it in the house and into the garden. One phone call and as quick as a flash we were sorted - furniture moved with minimum fuss - and we can now enjoy the last vestiges of the delightful British summer (!) over a beer whilst lounging on our new furniture. Strong recommend.

We picked Clarks, for our move to Yorkshire, as they are a well established local company, and we’re cheaper than other similar firms. We were nervous about someone moving all of our contents especially as our, not quite a double size, garage was full of so much stuff that we struggled to fit a car in it. Most being bits and pieces that we couldn’t really pack into boxes. We spent weeks filling around 80 boxes but still had a lot of stuff that we couldn’t pack. We were getting stressed, worrying whether the removers would take everything. We needn’t have worried. The guys came the day before the move and said everything was fine. They loaded as much as they could then returned on the move day, to collect the remaining bits. They were extremely helpful and made us feel relaxed during the whole process. The garage was completely cleared in less than half an hour! They handled everything with great care. They put protection on the floors, especially at the new property as it was raining. All the people we dealt with were friendly and helpful, but I must mention Kevin, Harry, and Michael who were very professional, friendly, and jolly and completely took the stress out of the moving process. They worked tirelessly throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. It’s also worth noting that boxes, packing paper and tape, (and their delivery) are included in the price, as are other things like late key delay. Some companies charge extra for these. I hope not to move again but, if I do, I will definitely be using Clarks.

I cannot praise Clarks of Amersham more highly. Hamish and his team were utterly professional, calm, organised, thorough. They made the actual move a breeze.

We have moved several times with Clarks. They are really good. Nothing is too much trouble and they take great care. Highly recommended.
