She then moved on to working on my back and it definitely felt a lot looser following the visit. She has promptly sent me follow up exercises to complete and I am booked in for another session in a few days. Early days but fingers crossed. Based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend.

I have been going to Sophie for years. Most recently she helped me to restore mobility to my arm after a bad fall. She is so knowledgeable and l can't thank her enough. Additional note: Just wanted to update my review as l have now also been having regular massage with Lena. She is very talented massage therapist and has made a real difference to my everyday life. I feel less tension in my neck, back and shoulders. This means l sleep a lot better and have a lot more energy during daytime. I could not recommend her enough!

I have been visiting this clinic for a month now and every time I leave extremely impressed and happy with the service I've been provided. I originally booked in with Sophie due to back and neck pain that I have been suffering with for years. I had been too scared to go to a chiropracter after seeing videos online of the horrific clicking and manipulation, however have found that Sophie puts me completely at ease and the treatment is gentle but effective. Sophie assessed me and found the problem areas immediately and recommended 4-6 sessions, along with providing lifestyle changes and recommended exercises to help me at home. I felt a different almost straight away. I have now had 4 sessions and am now leaving a longer gap between my next session. The whole clinic feels like a relaxing space and Sophie herself has been extremely friendly and reassuring to me. Because of this I would not go elsewhere even though the clinic is quite a distance for me to travel. I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone who like me is feeling apprehensive about visiting a chiropracter, you will be put as ease immediately and will look forward to each session.

Ive been to physio before for my mild scoliosis and sciatica and but it did not really help that much. After being assessed by Dr Benedict, he made some adjustments in my back and neck, I felt sooo much relief. Dr. Benedict was so patient in explaining my back problems and he gave me a lot of easy stretching exercises to do at home/work. Thank you so much for all your help Dr. Benedict! Highly recommend!
