Went to look at an automatic car for my parents. Having done some research online for similar vehicles to gain an idea of the price and also on Parkers Guide, felt that the mark up on their vehicles was excessive. The Salesmen was also rather condescending and on some occasions arrogant in the way that he dealt with my parents, they may be in their 80's but they don't deserve to be treated like idiots!!

Car went into battery safe mode so won’t drive at all, called for assistance and was told sorry you’ve not seen us before we can see you in August.. Definitely won’t be using you ever

This dealer was rude, and unhelpful told me I would have to wait for their secretary to do a simple email. I had to stress if I did not get it this evening we would not be buying a Ford. They eventually did comply and send me the answer I needed.

I always wondered why every Ford seen on Hayling Island came from Darren Ford, well now I know! I brought a car from them and the service is unparalleled. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and bend over backwards to ensure that everything is just as you want it. The after care is utterly superb. If you need anything done and your car needs to be held at the garage then a courtesy car is yours. The communication is also top notch. I was always cautious of main dealers, but Darren Ford go above and beyond. Simply brilliant.

My wife and I have used Daron Ford for over 30 years and we have bought at least 10 cars from them in that time...some used, ex demonstrators, new cars and all were serviced and MOT'd by them. Throughout those years the staff we have dealt with have been mostly the same people in Sales and in the Service areas. I wouldn't go anywhere else as the service is second to none and they have always been extremely helpful, courteous, very friendly but above all trustworthy.

I have had a lot of dealing’s with Daron Ford and I can honestly say they are absolutely brilliant nothing seems to much trouble for the them and the device is impeccable.
