Ordered for our GP practice and the chair although a little more than I would normally pay was such good quality and well made so it was worth it. The day after ordering I had a phone call to ask if I would like it built before delivery which was free of charge …excellent customer service and I was delighted. It is a local company and as we all are I am becoming more and more aware of environmental miles and I am delighted to have found a local company offering an excellent service with quality goods.

I had a very good experience of L&S in Lancing. I needed a new desk chair. They had a fair range, all very reasonably priced. They were also very helpful in terms of discussing my needs and helping me to try everything out - and I came away with a chair I'm very pleased with.

There's a lot to think about when starting a business and I didn't for one second consider my furniture greatly. Luckily, Lee and the team at L&S did and supplied me a desk and chair that would be fit for purpose. Not for one second did I think that three months down the line the comfort I work in would be something I appreciate so much. Thanks to Lee I have a beautiful comfy computer chair. Who would have thought we travelled from Chichester to "try out" a chair. And was offered a coffee whilst Lee offered to put it together for us. Buying online is not a good idea when it something that affects your comfort!!

A great range of office chairs and a wonderful service. It was really helpful to be able to try out a chair before buying. Showroom staff couldn't have been more helpful and patient. And the delivery service was second to none! Delivered fully assembled within the week (and there was a bank holiday that weekend). The delivery person was kind enough to bring the old chair down the stairs for us (we both have limited mobility so this was increibly kind) before taking the new chair back to the upstairs study. This company has our very highest recommendation. Five star service!

Excellent showroom where I was actually able to sit on and try around 14 chairs before narrowing it down to the one I wanted. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Placed order and collected two days later. Assembled at home in about 40 minutes and totally delighted with my new office chair. Highly recommended 10/10 :-)

I wanted a good quality and comfortable office chair for my newly converted home office, and ideally I wanted to buy locally. I was delighted both with the chair itself and the service I received. I was able to try out the chair in the shop. It was assembled and delivered a couple of days later at the agreed time and even taken upstairs to my new office for me. Great service, I would definitely recommend.
