Great online service. I purchased some Shires country boots online from Oakfield and unfortunately the leather started splitting from the boot. I contacted Oakfield via email who made me aware of the warranty available. After sending photos and a description, a replacement pair of boots were sent. Absolutely 5* service. Visited with my daughter looking for a new helmet. The staff were extremely helpfu; helped fit and guide my daughter to the most suitable helmet.
