😠 Without Prejudice. Been asking for help for over 3 years with the state of the property, work only just started late last year, they keep cancelling other jobs and moving ours to later dates. Other properties that have come empty or have tenants in, have had new bathrooms, new kitchens and new doors...

Without Prejudice. Been asking for help for over 3 years with the state of the property, work only just started late last year, they keep cancelling other jobs and moving ours to later dates. Other properties that have come empty or have tenants in, have had new bathrooms, new kitchens and new doors. Ours was left in an awful state and filthy, took 3 months to clean. But, we needed the area and had been waiting along time so foolishly we took it on. Had to replace furniture, clothing, footwear due to damp, but no apologies, no compensation, just very poor excuses. Their website is incorrect, what it states does not happen, very misleading. Feeling discriminated against, useless trying to ask for help. Family commitments and work are more important at the moment than trying to talk to an organisation where you are not treated fairly or as an individual or even a person. They do look down at you, not good. Edited to add a comment about the reply from progress: Just had an automated response, really makes us feel like we are being listened too, not! We have been trying for over 3 years to have a decent, meaningful conversation with you, would you really expect us to keep trying to talk to people that don't care? Progress, please don't bother with your weak uncaring responses. You have no idea how people feel. Complained yesterday about your employees trashing the garden over the last 2 days because they made it a short cut through to next door, when they could of easily used the neighbours path, only a few extra steps required to do that maybe about 8 steps. Still using it as a short cut today. A clear example of progress never listening. Not as lovely at all as retired neighbours but still don't want to look out on grass churned up by laziness. Due to family and work commitments we cannot spend as much time in that area as we would like. Disrespectful, rude and extremely inconsiderate.

Progress housing group have always gradually, made all necessary repairs and refurbishments in the kitchen and bathroom in good time. That's at the sheltered housing flat on South Hey. Also updated things like loft insulation. Only gripe are the outdated, inefficient, expensive storage heaters that is either too cold or too hot, and no control. Hope it's not too long before the heating system is updated. But thank you for all the work that has been done.

From the day I first applied until the day I moved into my new forever home it has been a smooth process. For varies medical reasons I needed extra support and they have taken care of me throughout. Every email and every question was replied to quickly and explained properly. I can become extremely anxious when I don’t understand things or things change but I was dealt with with dignity and respect. The bungalow is fabulous and perfect for my needs. All the safety equipment like smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are fitted to a high standard, which is a comfort. To Tracey, Cat and all the team, thank you so much for everything.

I've been in an independent living placement for 4 years. Although there are hiccups caused by people with health issues the staff are always professional and do the best possible for all concerned. Property issues do get sorted eventually not everyone is patient so much praise to the staff who have a lot to cope with. I find the company honest which is a rare quality.

Horrendous company. Their only concern is to get your rent money. I've been on hold for 1hr and 5minutes still nothing..... Noprogress is more fitting of a name.
